As an Oilfield Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in advancing our mission by applying your expertise in PLC programming and instrumentation and electrical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

PLC Programming:

Program and troubleshoot PLCs, with a primary focus on Allen-Bradley ControlLogix and some Schneider PLCs, to meet the automation requirements of oilfield operations.
Control Systems Integration:

Integrate automation systems to enhance the control and monitoring of oilfield equipment and processes.
I&E Tasks:

Perform Instrumentation and Electrical tasks, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation systems.
Modification and Enhancement:

Modify existing automation systems and develop enhancements to improve efficiency and safety.
Technical Expertise:

Provide technical expertise and support to field personnel, ensuring the proper functioning of automation systems.
Documentation:

Maintain accurate documentation of PLC programs, control system configurations, and equipment specifications.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in oilfield automation, with expertise in PLC programming.
Proficiency in programming Allen-Bradley ControlLogix PLCs; experience with Schneider PLCs is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of I&E tasks, including electrical systems and instrumentation.
Ability to troubleshoot and modify existing PLC programs.
Familiarity with oilfield equipment and processes.
Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to work in various locations within the Permian Basin, with options for 14/14 rotations or local M-F hours.

Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 Yearly
