The comapny is seeking a talented Software Engineer to take on a leadership role within one of our project teams. In this position, you will serve as the lead engineer, guiding and mentoring the team in ongoing feature development and maintenance for a national consumer-facing enterprise platform. The successful candidate will be adept at working in an Agile framework, possess strong proficiency in multiple languages and technology stacks, and have a desire to expand their skill set to include web-based applications.

Responsibilities: How YouÂ’ll Spend Your Time

Conduct ongoing feature development and maintenance for a national consumer-facing enterprise platform in an Agile framework.
Develop automated tests and perform manual acceptance/regression testing.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback for pull requests, emphasizing best practices and standards.
Provide level of effort estimation and task decomposition for backlog items and client requests.
Develop and maintain automated builds and container orchestration for distributed systems to enhance delivery speed.
Mentor less-experienced peers in conception, implementation, and testing of features.
Identify areas for improvement for the team and technology and actively seek out solutions.
Analyze application performance in various environments and design/implement optimizations.
Maintain awareness of appropriate platform dependencies (.NET, iOS, Android) and identify potential implementation deadlines.

Desire and willingness to expand skill set to include web-based applications.
Previous experience leading software development teams using Agile methodologies (for Sr position only).
Experience and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Fundamental knowledge of git and source control management.
Experience with Mobile Payment methods is a plus.

Strong proficiency and demonstrated experience in Mobile technologies, with the ability to work in both iOS and Android.
