We are a dynamic and rapidly growing construction company specializing in Grocery and Retail projects. With a proven track record of successfully managing (9) Ground-up and Open Store Remodels, we are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team. Our ideal candidate is tech-savvy, safety-conscious, and adept at coordinating various aspects of construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Oversee Ground-up and Open Store Remodel projects, ensuring they align with industry standards and client expectations.
Demonstrate technical proficiency by accurately performing lookaheads and maintaining a safety-first approach on job sites.
Utilize electronic devices such as iPad, Tablet, Laptop, FaceTime, and Zoom for effective communication with subcontractors, Project Managers, and team members.
Develop and manage the Master Schedule for each project, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
Conduct daily safety meetings to reinforce a commitment to safety and ensure compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with subcontractors, Project Managers, and owners to facilitate smooth communication and address any project-related issues.
Bring extensive experience in Refrigeration projects to contribute to the success of relevant construction endeavors.
Exhibit strengths in Underground, Grading, Wet/Dry Utilities, and Framing, contributing to the overall excellence of project execution.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Superintendent in the Grocery and Retail construction sector.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in using electronic devices (iPad, Tablet, Laptop) and communication tools (FaceTime, Zoom).
Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively build and manage project schedules.
In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to conduct daily safety meetings and implement safety protocols on construction sites.
Refrigeration project experience is a significant asset.
Knowledge and expertise in Underground, Grading, Wet/Dry Utilities, and Framing.
Willingness to travel as required by project locations.

Salary:$120,000 - $140,000 Yearly
