Property Condition Reporting Specialist
at OnSight PROS in North Carolina

If so, we have the perfect job waiting for you to become a Property Condition Reporting Specialist you will be responsible for driving to several properties and performing detailed photographic reports on damages/issues and overall condition on rental homes for Property Managers,
while providing great customer service and Maintaining confidentiality. Physical work will include carry ladders, changing smoke alarms, air filters, replacing door stops, etc., adapting to any weather changes.
Requirements:
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must have valid Drivers License reliable transportation (with vehicle insurance/ i.e. using your own vehicle)
Must have experience with using the latest technology (such as an iPad or iPhone)
Must be able to communicate well with others.
Must be willing to work on the road
Schedule You will give your availability 30 to 60 days in advance to create a working schedule that fits your life obligations. Choosing the days and times when you are available. Divided in 4-hour blocks
Must be able to work 2 Saturdays out of the month

Virtual Training will be scheduled
Field Training 3 to 4 days
