Territory Account Manager
at Management Business Solutions in Colorado
SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Territory Account Manager for our biopharmaceutical client. The person will be responsible for demonstrating excellence in developing and applying territory business plans that lead to the achievement of sales goals and objectives. He/She will be maintaining a customer base, developing new markets, and assisting with obtaining new business. This is a fully remote position but the ideal candidate is preferred to be in Denver, CO.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops and grows business relationships with targeted customers within the assigned geography.
Develops and executes business plans aligned with corporate objectives and supports the client’s products within their assigned accounts in alignment with those objectives.
Deliberately manages assigned accounts, budget ,and allocated resources provided.
Develop and regularly evaluates account business plans to ensure they continue to meet strategic business objectives and align with emerging trends and changes within key customer accounts.
Professionally represent the company to external customers in the healthcare industry to promote and represent the company’s products and mission.
Identify target markets in accordance with organizational strategy utilizing familiarity with account-based operations.
Develop and execute sales and retention strategies for target markets and customers.
Maintain a good relationship with internal and external customers and all others pertinent to the company’s business.
Works within established procedures to regularly communicate and enhance the field sales force selling opportunities in their marketplace.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 3 years of sales experience, preferred.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology industry.
Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization and external suppliers
Knowledge of diabetes sales, medical device or pharmaceutical industry
Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong time management skills.
Good customer relations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
