Outside Sales Representative
at Management Business Solutions in Michigan
SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking two (2) Outside Sales Representatives for its fast-growing manufacturing client. In this role, you will cater to clients in the manufacturing industry in the Midwest and Southern Territories. This individual would be responsible for managing accounts/customers in the metal or steel industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
· Identify and prioritize potential customers through market research and networking.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs effectively.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
· Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by the management team.
· Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or any related field required.
Proven track record in technical sales, particularly within the manufacturing industry required.
Strong knowledge of metal production required.
Ability to read blueprints required.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
Ability to relocate and travel within the assigned territory.
