Hiring: Lead Consultant Java (Spring Boot / J2EE)
Work Location: Bothell, WA 98011 (Onsite from Day 1)
Duration: 12 Months Contract

We are looking for an experienced Java Lead Consultant with strong expertise in building scalable enterprise applications. This role requires hands-on development experience along with the ability to design and maintain robust backend systems.
Key Skills Required:
Strong proficiency in Java
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and J2EE
Experience with enterprise application development and microservices architecture
Familiarity with frameworks like Hibernate
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications
Build scalable and secure backend systems using Spring Boot and microservices
Work on enterprise-level application requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Ensure best practices in coding, performance, and security
Additional Details:
Onsite role from Day 1 in Bothell, WA

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering
