Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Sales Representative to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. As an Executive Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored financial solutions
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for product development and market expansion
Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities and performance metrics
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the financial services industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
