Director of East Coast, Inside Sales & Retail

The Sales Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the sales activities of the organization to achieve corporate goals and drive profitable growth. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, directing sales forecasting activities, and fostering key client relationships.
Essential Functions:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to align with corporate goals.
Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals.
Review market analyses to understand customer needs.
Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with other disciplines.
Meet with key clients, support sales representatives in maintaining relationships, and negotiate and close deals.
Prepare periodic sales reports.
Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of competitors.
Take corrective action as necessary and in accordance with company policy.
Identify and connect with key retailers' buying offices for [Product/Service].

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. BachelorÂ’s degree.
2. 8-10 years of related sales experience with increasing responsibility or equivalent combination of education and experience
3. Industry experience is a plus.
4. Good written, organizational and communication skills.
5. The person must be flexible, detail-oriented, adaptable, customer oriented, ease change and multitask in a fast-paced environment
6. PC literate.
Salary: $140,000 - $155,000
