Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional patient experiences.
Manage and lead a team of dental professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Implement and uphold UDP's Core Values in daily operations and interactions.
Coordinate with administrative and clinical staff to optimize office performance.
Maintain open communication channels with staff and patients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with regional management to implement company policies and procedures.
