Reason for Hiring:

Due to the company's remarkable growth, exceeding $1 billion in sales over the past 5 years, there is a pressing need for additional expertise in financial reporting. Recent business unit reorganizations and anticipation of further M&A activity necessitate the recruitment of a Controller. This role will collaborate closely with operational and financial leaders to shape the next generation of financial reporting. The transactional nature of the company's operations also provides the Controller with opportunities to engage in M&A projects. Responsibilities:

First 90 Days:

Collaborate with the Finance Leadership team to outline a strategic roadmap towards achieving world-class financial reporting for operational leaders.
Key Qualifications and Profile:

Experienced Managers/Senior Managers from public accounting or consulting firms.
Ideal for individuals seeking to transition from professional services, as the majority of the company's finance and executive teams have backgrounds in Big 4 firms.

Desired Skills and Attributes:

Proven expertise in financial reporting.
Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions processes.

Education and Experience:
