Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager with a focus on not-for-profit clients for our Columbus, OH office. The ideal candidate will possess solid technical skills, be capable of formulating recommendations and implementing solutions to technical issues, and demonstrate the ability to quickly acquire new skills. The Audit Manager will play a crucial role in developing the firm's technical expertise, actively participating in training programs to stay abreast of current industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple audit engagements for commercial and not-for-profit clients, including planning, execution, and reporting
Provide expert guidance and advice to clients, assisting them in achieving their goals and fulfilling their missions
Review audit workpapers, financial statements, and other client deliverables
Lead and manage staff, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of all work
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities
Stay updated on the latest accounting and auditing standards and trends across all sectors

Qualifications:

CPA designation is required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Minimum of [X] years of relevant audit experience, with a focus on not-for-profit clients
Strong technical skills and ability to share knowledge effectively
Thorough understanding of the firm's philosophy, policies, and procedures
Proficient in staff management and training

Salary: $85,000 - $114,000 Yearly
