Committed to excellence, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in Dayton, OH.

Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

Possess solid technical skills to formulate recommendations and implement solutions to complex technical issues.
Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new skills and effectively share technical knowledge with team members to enhance the firm's expertise.
Participate in ongoing training to stay abreast of the latest industry developments and maintain current technical knowledge.

Firm Knowledge:

Develop a complete understanding of the firm's philosophy, reports, policies, and procedures.
Stay conversant with the firm's opinions on financial matters.
Promote the efficient operation of the firm by utilizing managerial skills in staff management and training.
Decision-Making and Business Acumen:

Make informed and strategic decisions in the course of work.
Demonstrate knowledge of general economic and political trends, proposed pronouncements, and potential legislative changes affecting the business climate.
Possess awareness of industry best practices and implement measures to enhance the firm's competitiveness.

Leadership and Development:

Provide leadership in staff management and training to foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
Actively contribute to the development of team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Identify and nurture talent, contributing to the fast-track potential for Partnership within the firm.
Client Relationship Building:

Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, emphasizing exceptional service as a core responsibility.
Ensure client satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Uphold the firm's commitment to excellence in client service.

Qualifications:

CPA designation required.

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 Yearly
