Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess solid technical skills, demonstrate the ability to formulate recommendations, and implement solutions to technical issues. The Senior Manager is expected to quickly acquire new skills and effectively share their technical expertise with others to enhance the firm's capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Develop a thorough understanding of the firm's philosophy, reports, policies, procedures, and opinions on financial matters.
Stay updated on industry trends, economic and political developments, proposed pronouncements, and potential legislative changes affecting the business climate.
Provide leadership in staff management and training, contributing to the efficient operation of the firm.
Make informed and broad decisions within the scope of work.
Possess knowledge of general economic and political trends impacting the industry.
Foster an environment that recognizes the team as the firm's greatest asset, promoting continuous improvement and development of team members.
Build collaborative relationships with clients, prioritizing client satisfaction as a top responsibility.
Work towards a fast-track to Partnership through outstanding performance.

Qualifications:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
Solid technical skills with the ability to formulate recommendations and implement solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make informed decisions and stay abreast of industry developments.
Leadership experience in staff management and training.
Knowledge of economic, political, and legislative trends affecting the business climate.

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 Yearly
