Position Overview:
The Tax Senior Manager/Manager plays a pivotal role in the firm, demonstrating solid technical skills, the ability to formulate recommendations, and implement solutions to technical issues. This position is crucial in building and maintaining the firmÂ’s technical expertise, participating in continuous training to stay current with industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Proficiency:

Demonstrate solid technical skills in tax and accounting.
Formulate recommendations and implement solutions to technical issues.
Learning and Development:

Quickly acquire new skills.
Effectively share technical depth with team members to enhance overall technical expertise.
Participate in and seek training to maintain current technical knowledge.

Firm Knowledge:

Develop complete knowledge of the firmÂ’s philosophy, reports, policies, and procedures.
Stay conversant with the firmÂ’s opinions on financial matters.

Decision Making:

Make broad decisions in the course of work.
Stay informed about general economic and political trends, proposed pronouncements, and legislation affecting the business climate.

Business Development:

Play a key role in business development initiatives.
Build collaborative relationships with clients, recognizing it as a cornerstone of the business.

Team Management and Training:

Promote efficient firm operation through effective staff management and training.
Recognize and develop team members' fullest potential.

Client Service:

Maintain an environment that recognizes the firm's people as its greatest asset.
Build collaborative relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

5+ years of current CPA Firm experience.
BachelorÂ’s degree in accounting (MBA preferred).
CPA Certification.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 Yearly
