Your Role:

As our Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our tax department, overseeing compliance, strategy, and optimization for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing tax strategies:

Maximize client savings and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
Strategically plan and execute tax initiatives that align with business goals.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering their growth and expertise.
Provide guidance and support to ensure the team delivers high-quality service to clients.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Provide tailored tax solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA certification is highly desirable.
years of proven experience in tax management.
Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 Yearly
