As a Senior Business Consultant, you will demonstrate expertise in financials, cost accounting, MRP, planning and scheduling, project management, process modeling, and system implementation methodology. Your role primarily involves providing billable business consulting and training services to clients using CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) systems. Depending on your skillset, you may also offer other consulting services, such as business process re-engineering.

Responsibilities:

Execute and implement project plans.
Engage in on-site client interactions.
Develop deliverable documentation for customers.
Provide end-user training.
Analyze and recommend solutions for complex tactical-level problems.
Conduct manufacturing business process analysis and modeling.
Develop test plans and conduct system testing.
Generate internal and external status reports.

Position Requirements, Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Required SyteLine 8 or 9; SyteLine 6 or older recommended.
25 to 50% travel within the US; infrequent international travel may be required.
Excellent analytical skills.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Ability to understand the "big picture" for globally optimized solutions across all areas in the client organization.
Independence in decision-making.
Convincing communication with different parts of the organization, making recommendations on SyteLine usage and configuration based on best practices and experience.
Eagerness to take initiative in learning and applying new skills.
Quick and effective self-learning ability.
Computer skills: MS Project, Excel, Access & Oracle/SQL (beginner level), general MS navigating.
Insight into both the business and technological aspects of Supply Chain processes (forecasting, planning, and scheduling).
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility in managing simultaneous projects.
Strong customer service attitude.
Strong self-motivation with a willingness to seek help when needed.
High standards for oneself and one's work.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
High energy level and persistence.

Requirements:

BachelorÂ’s or masterÂ’s degree in an analytical field such as MIS, math, operations research, engineering, logistics, or science.
3+ years of SyteLine product experience utilizing analytical skills in a manufacturing and distribution environment.
5+ yearsÂ’ experience in client industries served by Infor, particularly in areas relating to forecasting, scheduling, planning, logistics, and manufacturing.
APICS Certified (CPIM) recommended.
In-depth knowledge of finite scheduling, simulation, or solver-based optimization.
Experience in implementing forecasting, planning & scheduling software.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 Yearly
