We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Planning & Control Manager to oversee the planning and execution of production processes, ensuring optimal resource utilization and adherence to production schedules and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, control, and management, with the ability to lead a team of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of experienced professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure efficient production processes.
Plan and control production schedules, coordinating with material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials.
Estimate and schedule human resources, tools, and equipment needed for the production process.
Research, evaluate, and recommend changes to production processes, systems, technology, or equipment to enhance the organization's production capabilities.
Implement policies and strategies for short-term results, exercising independent discretion.
Influence others outside of the immediate job area regarding policies, practices, and procedures.
Make decisions guided by strategic objectives of specialization.
Communicate effectively with executive leadership to provide updates on production activities.
Support relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
6+ years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years in management or direct/indirect leadership roles.
OR

Master's degree in a relevant field.
4+ years of relevant experience, including 2-4 years in management or direct/indirect leadership roles.
Key Competencies:

Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of production planning and control processes.
Ability to make decisions guided by strategic objectives.
Experience in influencing others and implementing policies for short-term results.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 Yearly
