Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a bright, positive, self-starting, and highly professional Civil Engineer Project Manager with a team player attitude. The ideal candidate should have a passion for land development and possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. Schedule & Company Vibe:

In-Office (no hybrid, no remote)

Flexible in-office start time
Opportunity to work 4 - 9's and a half day on Friday
Responsibilities:

Lead a team of designers (team of 20); effectively communicate the needs of clients and the company
Manage projects, including High-Density Residential, Shopping Centers, Auto Dealerships, Gas Stations, Amusement Parks, and QSR developments
Establish and oversee design criteria while adhering to general design standards
Lead a team of associate and design engineers with an efficient and effective problem-solving management style
Set project parameters to ensure prompt delivery of quality plans
Work directly with the Principal to produce accurate and competitive proposals and support business development

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of California (or soon to obtain)
Expertise in AutoCAD / Civil 3D
Excellent ability to prepare grading plans, utility plans, and site plans
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet demanding deadlines
5-10 years of experience in land development, including design and permits
