G&S Services Company has served Colorado for over 50 years. We are a family owned business in the convenience store and wholesale fuel business.
We are looking for a dependable Facilities Maintenance person to provide general maintenance for multiple locations in the Denver metro area as well as Parker, Berthoud, Franktown, and Erie.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Interior & exterior of retail stores, office building, and a multi-tenant retail location. Repairs may include
o plumbing
o electrical
o equipment maintenance
o painting & patching
o concrete & asphalt
o ladder work
o car wash & gas pump break fix
• Inspect, identify, and follow up on maintenance needs for all locations.
• Work independently and show professionalism when working with vendors, employees, and customers.
Preferred 3 + years’ experience
Must have a reliable vehicle
Must own your own tools
