Mercy Hospital Springfield is hiring full time, part time, dayshift and nightshift RNs for the below units! We offer 12 hour shifts, 7am-7pm is our dayshift and 7pm-7am is our nightshift. Some units may be open to 8 hour shifts. Most floors will require every other weekend.
Our current incentives include:
New Grad Student Loan Repayment Program $20,000
New Grad $5,000 Sign On Bonus
1-2 years’ RN experience Sign On Bonus $13,000
3-4 years’ RN experience Sign On Bonus $15,000
5+ years’ RN experience Sign On Bonus $20,000
Paid Time Off Frontload up to 80 hours for full time only
$7000 Relocation Assistance for full time only
Shift Differential 3pm-11pm $2.50 per hour, 11pm-7am $4.20 per hour.
Weekend Differential- from 11pm Friday-11pm Sunday additional $2.20 per hour.
Weekend Option Days: additional $7.50 per hour WEO rates + weekend differential
Weekend Option Nights: additional $7.50 per hour WEO rates + weekend differential + straight night shift differential

7B Medical Surgical with Telemetry- Renal
7D Medical Surgical with Telemetry- Observation
