Full-time WORKING PERMIT ASSOCIATE

at advance beyond international inc in Philippines

TASKS:
1. Prepare all the required documents for Foreign Employee permit applications
2. Follow-up approval of AEP applications to Department of Labor and Employment as needed.
3. Coordinate with line manager and liaison for smooth flow of permits operation.
4. Update database and accomplishment report weekly.
5. Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Graduate of any course
2. Proficient in Microsoft applications
3. Can converse well in English, can work under minimum supervision
4. Can work under pressure and in fast-paced environment
5. 1-2 years documentation experience is a plus but not fresh graduate with high analytical and logical skills is welcome to apply
6. Can start ASAP
