PROJ. COOR ASSOCIATE
at advance beyond international inc in Philippines
TASK:
1. Responsible for business-related work in project implementation, including but not limited to assisting the project manager to communicate and coordinate with the management regarding the business issues in the implemented project.
2. Assist in completing progress payment applications and collection work
3. Communicate and negotiate with relevant material and equipment procurement suppliers, and assist in completing procurement contracts.
4. Responsible for arranging customs clearance of the company to complete transshipment after the arrival of goods.
5. Assist daily operations of the branch.
6. Process necessary visa for foreign employees.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. 5 years or more relevant working experience is required.
2. Certificate of Employment.
3. Professional driver's licensed is an advantage..
4. Can start ASAP
