Full-time LEASING SPECIALIST

at advance beyond international inc in Philippines

TASKS:
1. Handles tenant management from contract preparation, inquiries and concerns, rentals, inspect the condition of the facility, identify parts needing repairs, to moving-in requirements.
2. Entertains prospective tenants and conducts viewing of available units with various commercial and retail projects.
3. Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements.
4. Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically.
5. Assist residential landlords in discovering suitable tenants.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Graduate of any 4 years course.
2. Backaground in purchasing, supplier management, administration and the same is required.
3. Can converse well in English both written and oral.
4. Analytic and Logical thinker.
