TRAINING MANAGER
at advance beyond international inc in Philippines
Job Description:
1. 2 years proven experience in training and instructional design
2. Experience developing and conducting instructor-led training, either live or via webcast
3. Experience in using design tools for instructional materials
4. Excellent ability in conducting training needs analysis
5. Ability to work on a deadline set by internal stakeholders
6. Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
7. Knowledge & application of adult learning principles in Lesson and curriculum planning skills
8. Willing to do field workst practices.
9. Strong interpersonal skills in both client interactions and team interactions and a willingness to interact with clients on a regular basis
10. Strong written and verbal English grammar, spelling, punctuation, usage & pronunciation
11. Ability to use Microsoft office applications like PowerPoint and Word.
12. Microsoft PowerPoint: basic text formatting, tables, master layouts, text and title placeholders, entering slide notes; ability to use graphic design features to create screen layouts
13. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
14. Branch/ Warehouse visit and audit
15. Train all candidates for onboarding
16. Cascading SOPs
17. Excellent Skills in Power Point Presentation
18. Familiar with different Training Methodoligies
19. Familiar in Training Needs Analysis
