We have several opportunities open for residential maintenance technicians. We are looking for applicants who have a knack for hands-on work and great handyman skills. If you are a quick learner, can take direction, and have a positive attitude this could be your next role!

· The residential maintenance staff is responsible for completing all service requests at the direction of the tenant.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Complete residential service tickets and provide before and after photos to log all assigned work orders accurately and in a timely fashion.
· Manage vacant properties by preparing them through the turnover process so the home is ready to lease to new prospects.
· Provide excellent customer service to tenants.
· Resolve electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, installations, service, and replacements in a responsible and professional manner that meets industry standards as needed by the apartment community. This includes servicing:
· General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service
· Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
· HVAC Certification is a plus.
· Ability to lift to 40 pounds and climb ladders.
· Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.

GENERAL LIST OF POSSIBLE REQUESTS:
o Electrical circuits, receptacles, breakers, switches, and fuses
o Light fixtures
o Installation and minor repairs of appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, washers, and dryers
o Toilets, sinks, vanities, and disposals
o Caulking
o Minor carpentry repairs
o Window screens and blinds
o Interior and exterior doors
o Minor painting and drywall repair
o Removing bulk trash (including appliances)
o Clearing drains and sewer lines up to 4'
