Warehouse Associate - Inventory Control - on-site

Concert Technologies, a leader in the Technology Deployment industry, is currently looking for a full-time candidate to fill our Warehouse Assistant position.
This position assists with other basic support needs of general warehouse operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processes daily purchase orders for restocking of frequently used inventory.
Assists with receiving purchase orders into inventory
Provides daily, weekly, and monthly, counts on materials and ordering of expensed materials used in daily warehouse operations.
Assists in other receiving functions and storage and retrieval of materials and equipment.
Assists in maintaining all inventory in a neat, organized, and well-documented manner.
Performs inventory cycle counts and year-end inventory counts. Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
Supports pull, pack, and shipping of daily orders.
Supports other positions and processes of general warehouse operations as needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Eligible to work in the US.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
One (1) year of warehouse distribution or inventory control experience.
Possess basic math skills.
Ability to write and understand routine reports & correspondence.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Have basic knowledge and understanding of commonly used commercial off-the-shelf (COS) software including web-based software (word processing, spreadsheets, etc), and familiarity with using a computer, keyboard and other commonly used computer accessories.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as step ladders, hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers.
Physical demands also include:
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull, and to climb ladders.
Use of other job-related tools
Ability to frequently lift and carry heavy loads – (up to 50 lbs.).
Sit and stand for extended periods.
Work in areas where noise levels can be loud and continual.
Rate of Pay: $18 per hour.
On-site position located at Rock Haven Way, Sterling/Dulles, VA 20166.
