Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams develop new products and new initiatives forward.
You must have a minimum five years in an integrated manager level brand-marketing role with a consumer packaged goods company with a significant marketing budget. The role is located in our San Francisco office and will report to the owner.
Responsibilities and requirements:
Digital marketing and ecommerce: Minimum three years working on an e-commerce business. Ideal candidate will have actively worked on testing and optimizing the UX/UI, conversion and repeat visitation of the website, along with the actual merchandising of the products on the website
Consumer & Marketing Strategy: Minimum five years experience developing and executing Integrated B2C consumer marketing plans. You will have demonstrated success developing a holistic mix of offline + online strategies and tactics that methodically move consumers through the funnel from initial awareness all the way to purchase. And then drive repeat visits and repeat purchase.
New Product Development and Online Merchandising Supervise the product team to develop new products and go-to-market strategies for new product launches, oversee all product life cycles.
Creative & Production: Facile translating business goals and marketing strategy into creative briefs that inspire creatives to deliver on-strategy, on-brand Big Ideas, and then bring the strategy to life brilliantly in execution.
Project Management: Demonstrated success creating and teaching appropriate process to create order and logical project flow from chaos. Ability to hold people accountable to their deliverables, within time and $ constraints, and with limited resources. This person must be organized, and an organizer
Team Management: A team player who can lead from the front, the middle, or the back. Success mentoring, coaching and/or growing direct reports and/or cross-functional team members to develop their professional skills & maturity. Experience recruiting and onboarding excellent talent. Has ideally built, led and/or developed a high-performing team of 10 people.
Analytical mindset: Oversee analytics function by driving the marketing data roadmap to deeply understand listener engagement and demonstrate data insights to measure the impact & return on investment of marketing effort. Evolve how we monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives and programs globally delivering executive and operational dashboards
