Full-time Customer Services Agent (CS) - HEBREW SPEAKER

We are looking for a determined, methodical and energetic Hebrew speaker to join our team. This role can be full or part time, it will be performed online from home and you don’t have to be based in Israel.

Our Customer Service agents are often the first point of contact between imapolania.com and our clients. Whether talking to customers over the phone, via email, WhatsApp, social media this is a vital part of our business. The primary task is to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our services and are making progress in getting their additional Citizenship and Passport.

A remote work environment is not for everyone! Training in this role is primarily from documents, some videos, asking your colleagues and often you will need to find the solution for yourself. It requires a great deal of self-reliance, determination and proactivity but it is very rewarding and an amazing life skill.


Typical Tasks:
Follow-up on all clients leads
Calculate the initial requirements from new clients, such as writing cost quotes, listing the documents required and taking payment
Answer client queries from several channels including email, WhatsApp Facebook and phone
Keep track of the progress of each client's case
Review and file received documents accordingly
Make and manage Consulate appointments for our clients
Provide Hebrew language support to your colleagues

Ideal candidates will have most, if not all, of the following:
Native or near-native Hebrew language skills as well as good English: reading, writing and speaking
Prioritize multiple tasks and communicate agreed timelines and deliverables
Apply logical and critical thinking to the rules regarding the application process
Determination to find solutions, patience and courtesy to clients and colleagues
Responsible, methodical with very high attention to detail
A high degree of self discipline to work from home successfully
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using Google workspace and ability to learn new systems
A good computer with at least 15″ screen and reliable internet connection
Language skills in Spanish, Portuguese or Polish would be an advantage
