Experience : 6 + Years of Experience in application Support lead
Technical Skills : Oracle SQL / PLSQL & Deployment and Cluster Application Architecture
Role : Production Support Tech Lead
Responsibilities :
Good analytical, logical, trouble shooting, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills- both written and verbal, critical thinking, patience, ability to work well under pressure..
Should be able to develops, implements, and maintains policies and procedures on application support services.
He/She manages the team (around 6+) to ensure that all support or service requests are dealt with according to the agreed procedures.
Provide technical support for enterprise-level application systems.
Respond to general questions and trouble tickets in a timely manner.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify potential solutions for how to resolve an issue.
Prioritize multiple, open issues.
Should be available all the time (24 7) over the phone and ready to work on Sat/Sun (if required).
Resource should be ready to work from Mumbai, GITC Belapur office (Mon to Fri and Banking working Sat), No WFH.
