Your role:
For one of the biggest names in food we are looking for a Customer Service Agent who speaks either Flemish or Dutch with English. As a Customer Care Agent you are responsible for delivering a high level of courteous and efficient customer service across multiple contact channels – phone, mail, chats & social media.

. You are the first point of contact for the customers

. You provide general support and building engaging relationships on each and every customer call or interaction.

. Handling customer enquiries about:

. Placing orders

. Clients’ accounts

. Missing ingredients

. Marketing campaigns – promotions and discounts

. Deliveries

. Handling and resolving customer complaints and feedback

. Making tickets for the drivers so that they get more feedback and deliver the box correctly and on time

Requirements:

Native Dutch + English

Experience with CRM systems & MS Office

Strong communication skills (oral and written)

Good logical and analytical thinking
