Receptionist
at Collision Guys in Michigan
Looking for an energetic, self-motivated and responsible Administrative Assistant for our growing company. Our company repairs damaged vehicles.
Currently, this is a part time, 5hrs each working day, position with potential growth into full-time within 2-3 months. Work hours are 9am-2pm Mon-Fri.

Job description:
- Answer Multi-Line phone calls within 3 rings.
- Provide estimates (you'll be trained)
- Provide customers with updates when requested by customers or Insurance companies.
- Light upkeep of the lobby, office, bathrooms and break room areas
- Follow-up with Insurance companies to avoid delays in repairs
- Input and organize data into file folders
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- strong problem-solving skills
- experience in work with computer and web (MS Office, Google, GMAIL, etc.)
- maintain a distraction free work zone
- ability to learn new skills fast
- ability to work independently and being self-motivated
- positive attitude and commitment to the work
- self-efficiency and time management
- high level of confidence and energy
- conversational English is required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
5-hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
