An established coatings and supplies company based out of Tracy, CA has an immediate opening for an experienced Office Accounts Manager to join our team. We provide top-quality equipment and materials for the epoxy and concrete finishing industry.

As an Office Accounts Manager, you will be managing various accounting functions. To succeed in this position, you must be a self-starter, self-motivator, dependable, responsible, hard-working, professional, and able to take initiative.

Requirements:

Proficient in accounting, order entry, and Quick Books
Must have a clear understanding of the standard operating procedures
and comply with it
Responsible for Accounts payables and accounts receivables
Excellent management, supervisory and organizational skills
Excellent customer relations and customer service skills
Excellent in collaborating with the corporate accounting team
Knowledge of using forklifts is a plus. If not training will be provided
Ability to lift 25 pounds able and Climbing ladders
Must have typing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Must have Driver’s license
Must be willing to take Driver’s test
Must have work authorization in the US

There will be room for advancement for the right candidate. You will receive 401k benefits and paid vacations.

Working hours: 8 am to 5:30 pm
