Job Type: Full Time/Permanent
Salary: $65000 to 85000 per anum

Key Responsibilities:

•Regularly updated internal payroll databases to ensure timely payments of staff.
•Involved in auditing and verifying timekeeping records, managed deductions, overtime and ensured salary payments and salary increases and shift payments
•Involved Verifying hours employees have worked
•Recording payroll data in the company’s software system
•Processing holiday, sick and maternity pay
•Maintaining compliant policies and procedures

EDUCATION:

Minimum completion of Grade 12 diploma

CPA designation preferred

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 2 years continuous automated and high-volume manufacturing payroll experience

SKILLS:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
