Job Description:
As a Commission-Only Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in our growth. We offer job posting services to companies of all sizes, independent of their tier. Your primary goal is to connect with CEOs, Founders, and HR professionals to sell our job posts.

Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential clients and engage in direct sales.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Understand client needs and tailor our services to meet them.
Collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales strategies.
Measure the effectiveness of our recruitment approach from the client's perspective.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:

Proven sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Familiarity with the recruitment industry is a plus.
The ability to think strategically and help plan future sales strategies.
Compensation:
Your commission structure is set initially between 20% to 30% on each sale, with the potential for significant earnings as we grow.
