Office Assistant Needed for Great Claremore Company
Pay: $16-18/hr.
Hours: Monday - Thursday (8 AM - 5 PM), Friday (8 AM - 3 PM)
Job Type: Evaluation to Hire
Location: Claremore. OK
Job Description:
Office - Phones, filing and making copies for distribution.
Accounting – Payables and receivables.
Misc. Duties - At times will be asked to prepare paperwork for the workers in distribution.
Job Requirements:
Someone with experience in all of the above, regarding handling office flows for a manufacturing environment.
Preferred:
QuickBooks experience, but not a deal breaker.
