Hiring: Application Management Services (AMS) Lead
Work Location: Costa Mesa, CA 92626 (Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced AMS Lead to drive monitoring, incident management, and operational excellence for mission-critical applications. This role requires strong expertise in observability tools, real-time issue handling, and stakeholder communication in high-availability environments.
Key Skills Required:
Strong experience with Monitoring & Observability tools (Dynatrace, ELK/Kibana, Grafana, OpenSearch)
Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (JIRA, Confluence, Status Page)
Experience with incident and on-call handling tools like xMatters
Strong background in production support, issue triage, and outage management
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end application monitoring and observability strategy
Own incident lifecycle: detection, triage, communication, and resolution
Manage high-severity incidents and drive RCA and preventive measures
Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, and monitoring metrics
Ensure SLA compliance and continuous improvement of AMS processes
Coordinate with engineering and product teams for system stability
Support on-call operations and escalation processes
Preferred Experience:
Exposure to Connected Vehicles, Telematics, or automotive ecosystems
Experience in building monitoring pipelines and alerting frameworks
Strong expertise in post-incident reviews and RCA documentation
