KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasionally phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our services and platform
- Guide sellers on best practices to optimize their growth and success
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve processes and customer experience
