ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our brand, helping customers navigate their e-commerce journey. You will handle inquiries via email, chat, and phone, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to our mission of delivering world-class support. This is a fully remote position - work from the comfort of your home!
