We are seeking a Software Support Engineer to support software applications and reusable components within the Cotiviti product suite. This role involves working closely with developers, QA teams, product owners, and project management to ensure high-quality software support and issue resolution.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting high-quality, mature software modules within the product suite
Conducting situation and regression testing using appropriate methodologies
Analyzing support cases against development requirements to determine ownership
Troubleshooting and resolving software issues reported by internal and external customers
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement
