We’re hiring: Information Security Specialist (Cybersecurity)

We are looking for a cybersecurity professional to strengthen our cybersecurity readiness and compliance program. This role focuses on supporting regulatory and internal compliance initiatives while driving cyber resilience activities for embedded software components.

In this role, you will collaborate with software engineers, security teams, product managers, and engineering leaders to plan, implement, and govern security compliance across the product development lifecycle. You will also play a key role in managing security backlogs, tracking milestones, and ensuring compliance without impacting delivery speed.

Key areas of focus include:

Cyber resilience planning and execution
Security backlog management and traceability
Cross-functional collaboration and planning
Compliance support (including Cyber Resilience Act)
Metrics, dashboards, and reporting for security initiatives
Secure SDLC practices (SAST, DAST, SCA, SBOM, Threat Modeling)

We are looking for candidates with:

2+ years of cybersecurity experience
Knowledge of secure software development lifecycle practices
Relevant certifications such as Security+, CSSLP, or similar
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with compliance standards (IEC/EN 62443 is a plus)
Exposure to embedded systems is preferred
