Role Details:

Job Title: Mid-Level Software Engineer
Location: Blue Bell, PA
Experience: Mid-Level (5+ Years)

Key Skills Required:

Backend & Microservices Development:

Advanced proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
Strong experience in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for real-time streaming and messaging

Database & Search:

Strong SQL skills with performance tuning (MS SQL Server)
Experience with Elasticsearch for scalable search solutions

DevOps & Automation:

Scripting experience using PowerShell
Experience with Bitbucket (Git), Jira, and Agile methodologies
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and build processes

AI/ML Fundamentals:

Basic understanding of Machine Learning, LLMs, and Generative AI
Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts
Experience using AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices
Build and optimize real-time data pipelines using Kafka
Improve database performance and search capabilities
Contribute to DevOps automation and CI/CD processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
