We are hiring for a Python Developer role focused on RESTful APIs and Microservices with a leading client in Austin, TX. If you have strong backend development experience and are eager to work on cutting-edge AI technologies, this is a great opportunity.

Role Details:

Job Title: Python Developer | RESTful APIs | Microservices
Client: Apple
Location: Austin, TX (On-site / Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)
Duration: Contract (Potential for Full-Time Conversion)
Vendor Rate: $60/hr
Experience: 7+ Years

Key Skills Required:

Strong experience in Python development
Expertise in building RESTful APIs and Microservices
Hands-on experience with MongoDB (PyMongo)
Experience with CI/CD frameworks
Knowledge of automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end)

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable backend solutions using Python
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
Work with MongoDB for data storage and retrieval
Implement automated testing to ensure code quality
Follow SDLC practices including Git workflows and pull requests
Continuously learn and work on AI-driven technologies

Additional Requirements:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies

Interview Process:

Virtual interviews (Skype/WebEx)

Work Expectations:

Hybrid model with 3 days/week in office (Austin, TX)
