Key Skills Required:
Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
Expertise in Oracle Fast Formulas for payroll calculations and validations
Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts for reporting and integrations
Experience with BI Publisher (BIP) reports
Strong SQL skills for query optimization and performance tuning
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll calculations and validations
Design and implement HCM Extracts for payroll reporting and integrations
Perform data validation and troubleshoot issues in extracts and reports
Analyze payroll module structures and configurations
Optimize SQL queries for better performance and reporting efficiency
Role Expectations:
Ensure accuracy and reliability of payroll data and integrations
Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and improve system performance
Maintain high standards in reporting, validation, and payroll processing
