Role Overview:
This role focuses on driving end-to-end digital contact center transformation using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Beyond technical architecture, the role emphasizes delivering measurable business outcomes such as improved customer experience, digital containment, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Own digital contact center channels (chat, messaging, email) end-to-end
Lead AI, Copilot, and automation strategy implementation
Architect and evolve modern contact center platforms
Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders
Drive enterprise integrations and platform enablement
Key Skills Required:
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Omnichannel
Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
Experience implementing conversational AI, Copilot, or virtual agents
Expertise in digital deflection strategies (bots, self-service, automation)
Proven ability to deliver KPIs like AHT, CSAT, and cost optimization
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in digital contact center solutions
Direct ownership of chat, messaging, and email platforms
Strong understanding of customer experience and operational metrics
Copilot Studio experience is a plus
Work Expectations:
Full-time onsite role in Atlanta, GA
Leadership role with strong stakeholder interaction
