About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Analyst to support immigration and compliance operations. This role involves handling documentation, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, verify, and organize documents for visa and compliance filings
Maintain and update case status in internal systems
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Perform data entry, tracking, and record management
Scan, copy, and prepare documents for processing
Manage incoming packages and distribute accordingly
Ensure accuracy by proofreading and validating documents
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Follow internal compliance and documentation protocols

Required Skills:

0–2 years of experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
