Key Skills Required:

Strong experience in Salesforce QA and testing
Expertise in Automation Testing within Salesforce environments
Experience in Test Strategy and Test Planning
Hands-on experience with Java and JavaScript-based automation frameworks
Knowledge of System Testing and System Integration Testing

Key Responsibilities:

Perform System Testing, System Integration Testing, and Automation Testing
Create test cases, test data, and automation scripts
Record test evidence to ensure proper coverage
Identify, log, and track defects until resolution
Collaborate with development teams for issue resolution
Interface with customers and support knowledge management activities
Escalate risks and issues to the Project Manager

Role Expectations:

Ensure high-quality testing and validation of Salesforce applications
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and teams
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and automation
