Experience: 10+ Years (Minimum 2+ Years in ServiceNow)
Domain: ServiceNow / Financial Services (Preferred)
Interview Mode: Video Interview

Key Skills Required:

Strong experience in ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management)
Experience working as a Product Owner
Ability to manage product backlog and define user stories
Strong stakeholder management (Risk, Compliance, Audit teams)

Key Responsibilities:

Own and refine the IRM product backlog aligned with business and regulatory needs
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories
Collaborate with ServiceNow architects and developers for design and delivery
Validate configurations and workflows to ensure quality and completeness
Drive UAT readiness and manage feedback for continuous improvement
Support agile ceremonies and incremental feature releases

Role Expectations:

Strong communication and coordination across business and technical teams
Ensure successful delivery of IRM solutions with high quality and compliance
Align product roadmap with enterprise risk and governance objectives
