We are looking for an experienced UX Design Lead with strong execution capability and design judgment to work on complex digital platforms and systems. This role requires a hands-on designer who can bridge strategy and execution while operating with high ownership and autonomy.

Design and deliver high-quality user experiences for complex platforms and systems
Translate ambiguous problem statements into clear, actionable design solutions
Create prototypes and concepts using modern design tools
Drive design storytelling and effectively communicate ideas to stakeholders
Contribute to design systems, standards, and long-term platform vision
Balance user needs, business goals, and operational constraints

Required Skills:
810 years of experience in UX/UI design
Advanced proficiency in Figma
Experience designing complex digital products or enterprise platforms
Strong design thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in ambiguous environments with sound judgment

Nice to Have:
Experience with tools like Figma Make, Lovable, or similar
Familiarity with AI tools for rapid design iteration and prototyping
Strong stakeholder communication and storytelling skills
