## Role Overview
We are looking for a Python/React Full Stack Developer with AI integration experience to join our core engineering team. You will build and maintain the end‑to‑end platform that transforms complex datasetssuch as our Active Signal Analysis, Freelance Economic Index, and Geographic Expansion Modelsinto actionable intelligence.
This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams (data science, product, business stakeholders). ## Technical Responsibilities
### Frontend Development
- Build responsive, interactive web applications using React (TypeScript).
- Implement state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API) and data visualizations (D3.js, Recharts, or similar) to present complex economic and hiring data.
- Ensure a smooth user experience that translates backend intelligence into clear dashboards.
### Backend Development
- Develop and maintain APIs and services using Python (FastAPI or Django).
